Clay your way

5 - 12 years

Let's put the A into STEAM with clay! New and experienced students alike will work on 3D creations utilizing the building blocks of clay construction. Functional and sculptural pieces will be be offered to challenge your budding artists. All students are welcome to join us in this open studio format where your ideas are turned into great pieces of art.

Creative clay for the homeschooler

5 - 10 years 

THURSDAY MORNINGS 8:30-10:00
September 12- October 24, 2019

Both creative and technical, this class will cover all the basic skills of pinch pot, coil, and slab work. You’ll learn how to make functional pieces as well as artistic creations. All projects will be glazed and fired by the last class.

Adding the A to STEAM!! Students will work at their own pace learning the components of working at the potters wheel. We will cover all components of throwing suitable for beginner to advanced students.
